Coffee break with Rubio Monocoat in Peru

A cup of coffee tastes so much better when you can enjoy it in a modern and cozy interior. Coffee bar Oriunda in Lima (Peru) got the memo and turned their coffee bar into a trendy meeting place. In their wide assortment of different types of coffee, the quality of the Peruvian coffee is central. Coffee lover or not, at Oriunda there’s something for everyone’s taste!

The coffee experience is a priority at Oriunda, from the moment you walk in until you have your favorite coffee in your hand. They’ve given a lot of thought to the lay-out and furnishing of the interior as they used natural elements such as wood and green accents.

Kárstico Arquitectos designed and built this trendy coffee bar. He chose to finish the bar with huayruro wood that was first treated with Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Wood Protector, colour Chocolate and then with Rubio Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil, colour Pure. The walls and benches are made of phenolic plywood and finished with Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Wood Protector, colour Chocolate.

The combination of the wood with the green accents ensures that the natural elements are beautifully emphasized. The result is a beautiful coffee bar that is worth a visit!
