Give your new wood an old look

Last year Rubio Monocoat launched a new product, namely Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging. This is a non-reactive pre-treatment that gives new wood an aged look. Not sure if you should treat your wooden floor or furniture with Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging? Don't doubt it, just do it! Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging is available in 10 shades that can be mixed with each other to the variant you want. Also don't forget to always finish the wood with one of the Rubio Monocoat protection products.

These beautiful pieces of furniture from FNJI were finished with Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging. FNJI makes modern solid wood furniture in which Chinese traditional culture is central. Some furniture was finished with Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging, colour Fumed Light in combination with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C, in a customized colour for this project. Other pieces of furniture were treated with Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging, colour Fumed Intense in combination with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C, in a customized colour for this project.

The combination of modern furniture pieces and the warm Pre-Aging colours are the perfect match! So definitely try it out yourself!
