Can I use wood in my bathroom? Yes, you can! This project by designer Karolina Zagrodzka proves it. The materials and colours in this bathroom fit together perfectly. The oak veneer in combination with the white bathroom furniture gives this space an instant modern and warm look.

With this project, Karolina Zagrodzka wanted to demonstrate that you can use different materials in a bathroom, from tiles to wood, everything is possible. A lot of people hesitate to use wood in a bathroom, but with the right protection you can make every material bathroom-proof!

For this project, the designer was looking for a product that preserves the natural look & feel of the oak veneer. The positive online reviews and numerous social media contributions about our Rubio Monocoat products convinced her.

Karolina Zagrodzka chose to work with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C, colour Pure. In this way, the natural colour of the oak veneer was preserved. The 1-layer system, but also the easy maintenance afterwards are important advantages for the end user. The customers were pleased that Rubio Monocoat oil does not contain any solvents and that it consists of natural ingredients. The result is a natural look and high-quality and environmentally friendly wood protection.
